Valerie Catullo - Owner

As former public school special education teacher, I love helping others reach their goals. I have worked with individuals from a variety of neurodiverse backgrounds, including those with ADHD, Autism, OCD, Traumatic Brain Injury, emotional dysregulation, and more.

As an adult with an ADHD diagnosis myself, and a parent to two neuro-spicy kiddos, I am able to connect with others to help them define the goals they want to achieve in life, discover helpful skills to build confidence, and use elements of positive psychology to motivate individuals to gather forward momentum.

I am currently undergoing ADHD and Executive Functioning Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) through MentorCoach, LLC.

I live in Northern Virginia with my husband, children, and various pets. In my free time I volunteer with FUSION, a buddy-type youth group for teens with neurodiversity, and help co-ordinate the art displays at Ridgetop Coffee and Tea.
